Ghost Chilli Pork Crackle is the boldest heat in PLB's Crackle range — built around slow-burning Indian bhut jolokia, one of the world's hottest peppers.

Each 75g pouch delivers approximately 41g of protein and under 1g of carbohydrate — clean keto, gluten-free, soy-free, with no MSG, colourants, or trans fats.

The heat builds slowly and lingers, balanced by the natural savouriness of the pork crackle base — properly seasoned with depth, not just hot for hot's sake.

    Genuinely hot — the hottest Crackle in our range and one of the spicier snacks made in India. We use real ghost pepper (bhut jolokia) in the seasoning, which delivers around 1 million Scoville units at full strength. It's diluted in the seasoning blend, but expect serious heat. Not recommended as your first PLB Crackle experience.

  • Who should NOT buy Ghost Chilli Crackle?

    If you find vindaloo "too hot," skip Ghost Chilli Crackle. If you regularly eat naga or bhut jolokia preparations, you'll handle it. If you want bold flavour without ghost-pepper-level heat, try Korean Chilli or Tamarind Twist instead. Children under 12 should avoid it.

  • Is Ghost Chilli Crackle keto-friendly?

    Yes — same macros as the rest of our Crackle range: zero carbs, ~17g protein, ~14g fat per 30g pouch. No sugar, no fillers in the seasoning. Pure pork skin and real ghost pepper spice.

  • What pairs well with Ghost Chilli Crackle?
