At PLB you don't need to recognise a product name to know if you'll love it. Every snack — house-made in Guwahati or imported from Thailand — carries flavour chips (Spicy, Sweet, Tangy, Umami, Cheesy) and a 0-3 chilli heat rating calibrated for Indian palates. Level 0 means all flavour and no fire; level 3 means keep a drink nearby. Mix flavours freely: most snackers land on a two-flavour rotation.
