It started with a bite.

In 2014, co-founder Gaurav landed in France and took his first bite of a saucisson. It was love at first bite and Gaurav fell head over heels
– an experience repeated over and over as he went on to explore the food and cultural scene in Europe.

Over the years, Gaurav dragged back to India luggages full of chorizos and saucissons for his buddy, Nirab.
And that was how PLB secured the heart of its other co-founder.

“Why import these products when locally producing it would also create jobs and opportunities locally?”

2 years of intensive R&D,
